When you can see and feel results it is an amazing feeling that only YOU can feel! YOU know when you feel good or not and how long it lasts. YOU know The wondrous feeling of eating chocolate, it immediately makes you feel great but how long does it last? When do you reach for another piece? How long does the great feeling really last before you need another piece?
But there is food you can eat that leave an extending feeling of well-being and YES they include CHOCOLATE….But it is the quality of the chocolate and the sugar or sweetener that is used. TRY it! Its fun to try!

I want to offer an informative collection of articles from across the industry to highlight and discuss the latest eating for health best practice. It is important to understand that our bodies function the same way but everyone can react differently so there are basic rules for everyone and there are rules that need to be adapted to your individual needs. What is important is to know yourself and know your body. Start to understand your sensitivities especially when eating and drinking in order to get the best out of your daily lives.
