Homemade Chocolates! Mmm… Amazingly Raw, Vegan and Paleo


  • 100g Organic Raw Cacoa Butter
  • 100g Organic Raw Cacoa Powder
  • 100ml Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Essence
  • 10g Crushed Cashew Nuts


  1. Heat a pan of water to boiling point.
  2. Place cocao butter in glass bowl
  3. Take Pan off heat
  4. Place Cocoa butter bowl on top of pan and put a lid over the top of the bowl.
  5. Wait until all the cocoa butter has melted.
  6. Add the vanilla.
  7. Hand whisk the cocoa powder slowly until blended.
  8. Add the agave syrup and hand whisk until completely mixed and mixture is glossy.
  9. Spoon half mixture into moulds.
  10. Add crushed cashew nuts to remaining mixture and mix well.
  11. Pour into moulds.
  12. Place in the fridge to set.
  13. Devour!
